    • CPT 99439: Each additional 20 minutes of clinical staff time per month (add-on code)

    Remote Therapeutic Monitoring allows providers to monitor therapy adherence and patient progress outside the clinical setting. Our RTM support aligns with the following commonly used billing codes:

    • CPT 98975: Initial patient setup and education on RTM equipment

    • CPT 98985: Device supply with scheduled recordings (musculoskeletal system)

    • CPT 98980: First 20 minutes of RTM treatment management per calendar month

    • CPT 98981: Each additional 20 minutes of RTM treatment management (add-on code)

    Programs are structured to support consistency, data integrity, and ongoing patient communication.

  • BHI is a CMS backed model that integrates mental, behavioral, and psychiatric care.  Patients may qualify if they have identified mental or behavioral health conditions, including substance use disorder.

    Our BHI Support Includes

    • Systematic Assessments

    • Monitoring of Personalized Plan 

    • Continuous Relationship with Care Team Manager 

    Common BHI codes include

    • CPT 99484: Care management services for behavioral health conditions, at least 20 minutes of clinical staff time, directed by a physician or other qualified healthcare professional, per calendar month

  • For providers delivering assessment and care planning services related to cognitive impairment or psychological evaluation, we support workflows commonly associated with:

    • CPT 96130: Psychological testing evaluation services by physician or qualified healthcare professional (first hour)

    • CPT 96132: Neuropsychological testing evaluation services by physician or qualified healthcare professional (first hour)

    • CPT 96138: Psychological or neuropsychological test administration and scoring by technician (first 30 minutes for two or more tests)
